Blue Crystal was founded by Pelin Martin.
Blue Crystal Residential Property Management London was established by former estate agent Pelin Martin, who also ran West London Property Networking. Pelin began her property career in 2006, joining a large, well-respected west London-based agency.
Working exclusively in the prime, central, and west London markets, Pelin spent her early career covering the areas from Chiswick and Kensington to Holland Park and Notting Hill, as well as the surrounding areas. During this time, she achieved record sales and built a strong reputation for her expert knowledge of location, property values and purchasing.
After spending a year with an international headhunting firm in the City, Pelin realised her heart was in property management and chose to pursue that path. Today, she is known not only as a tough negotiator but also for her trademark warm approach. Pelin is a true professional who gives generously of her time, energy and knowledge.
